Jeff is the founder of CardiAction, born from his passion for education and improvement of quality care in the emergency department. Other interests in medicine include cardiac emergencies and resuscitation, critical care in the emergency department, critical procedures, and regional anesthesia.
Tim Scott

Tim has focused his efforts in education on the pre-hospital medical professionals, and has particular interest in early cardiac resuscitation as well as tactical medicine. He is a resident in the Emergency Department.
Kristi Maso

Kristi has spent many years working with at-risk patients in major cities around the country; her particular interests rest in HIV emergencies, rapid HIV testing in the emergency department, and of course, cardiac resuscitation. Kristi is an Emergency Medicine resident.
Robert Sherwin

Rob has a particular passion for early resuscitation of the septic and cardiac patient. He supervises clinical research and emergency critical care at Sinai-Grace Hospital, part of the Detroit Medical Center, as well as working closely with staff at Detroit Receiving Hospital in management of the critically ill patient.
Brian O'Neil

Brian is Chair of the Department of Emergency Medicine at Wayne State University and the Director of Clinical Research for Emergency Medicine at the Detroit Medical Center. He also works nationally with the American Heart Association in developing the guidelines for Advanced Cardiac Life Support.
Linda Gabrys

Linda is a lifetime paramedic and emergency medical services instructor; she works as medical control and telecommunications at Detroit Receiving Hospital.
